According to a review by researchers at Michigan State University, only 3 % of Americans have a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, I didn’t leave a number off before or after the three. It stands alone…as in only three per cent of us have a healthy lifestyle. Mind boggling!

I spent nearly 15 minutes last night peeling and dicing garlic gloves for our meal, and the whole time I was thinking, “There’s got to be a better way!” Afterwards, when I was slathering on my Bath & Body Works hand gel trying to get rid of the smell, I thought “Tomorrow, I’m finding a better way!” I love garlic, but I don’t want to smell like it.

As you know, I’m a huge fan of Paula Deen. While her smile lights up a room, her personality lights the whole county. If I were to miss one of her shows, I….well I can’t say what would happen because I wouldn’t allow such a thing to happen!
