I’ve been on a mad search for Biscotti recipes and came across this one in an old (Nov. 2003) issue of Woman’s Day. I’m not surprised, really, some of the best recipes I’ve ever found have been from Woman’s Day Magazine - as well as Cooking Light and Taste of Home…

Below are a few Irish recipes that the day just wouldn’t be complete without!…..

1 C. crushed pineapple
1 C. pineapple juice plus water
1 pkg. strawberry jello
2 large apples cut up
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 C. whipped cream
Drain crushed pineapple. Heat juice and water to boiling. Dissolve jello in this and cool until partly set. Fold in apples, pineapple and walnuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into dish, and chill [...]
