Hopefully Ice Cream will forgive me for the post title - but ’tis true, just about everyone loves peanut butter. It seems that some of the best things in the world spring from a jar of pb - Peanut Butter cookies, Peanut Butter Fudge (Probably my biggest weakness of all desserts), Peanut Butter, Honey and Banana bagels, Peanut Butter cups, etc……..

I had a link e-mailed to me recently telling me about a hot new website. The sender thought my readers and I might be interested in it. And how!

I love eggs muchly - deviled, scrambled, poached, in omelets, fried…any way they want to dress themselves, I’m there to applaud.

I watch it every single day and, even as much time as I spend in the kitchen - I learn something new every time I turn it on.

In my opinion, one of the most knowledgable cooking personalitites (can’t really say chefs since they aren’t all chefs) is Giada De Laurentiis of Everyday Italian. She may not have the level of popularity as some of the others….you know, the ones who’ve become household names…. but she’s got game! ———
