I just wrote a post on my Mental Fitness Blog about Chocolate, of all things. This personal, delicious obsession of mine actually does more than just make me all kinds of happy. It increases blood flow to the brain. How cool’s that?

You know what’s sad? I can identify them. On a related note, have you gotten a chance to try Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate yet? I have never, in my whole life, been a fan of dark chocolate – but, after reading about its health benefits, I decided to give it a try. Except, this time, I decided to try it with top quality chocolate. Green & Black’s dark chocolate is now something I have to have every single day. It’s amazing.
