Awe-Inspiring Macho Nachos

I’m addicted to Mexican-type foods and nachos are a particular weakness. (Oh, who am I kidding, I’m a weakling for all of it!) So when I saw “Macho Nachos” linked on my homepage this morning, I couldn’t click that link fast enough.

The recipe impressed me so much, I brought the link back here with me. Macho Nachos looks like the perfect thing to console my Denver Bronco-loving heart with on Superbowl Sunday. One of my daughters is a vegetarian, so I’ll leave the sausage out when I make ours…..I’ll probably sub with refried beans.
