4 tqablespoons corn starch

1 stick margarine or butter
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup peanut butter
8 ounces marshmallow cream

One 12 count box of Twinkies
2 large pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2-3 bananas, sliced
1 large Cool Whip
Nuts, optional
Line a 9×12 inch glass dish with twinkies. Spread pudding on twinkies. Add pineapple, bananas, Cool Whip and nuts in that order…….

Spread apples in a 9″ baking dish. Cook the sugar, water and cornstarch until mixture is clear and thickened. Pour over the apples, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Hopefully Ice Cream will forgive me for the post title - but ’tis true, just about everyone loves peanut butter. It seems that some of the best things in the world spring from a jar of pb - Peanut Butter cookies, Peanut Butter Fudge (Probably my biggest weakness of all desserts), Peanut Butter, Honey and Banana bagels, Peanut Butter cups, etc……..
