Fun Mug for Kids

There isn’t a kid in the world that wouldn’t delight in this Surprise Mug. Heck, I’d get a billion kicks out of it and I’m a few years past being a “kid” - age wise, anyway.
Product Description:
Young childrens eyes light up with delight when they drink enough milk to discover the cheerful bunnies hidden inside these oversized ceramic mugs. Each handcrafted mug, made in USA, holds a full 12 ounces and features a threedimensional rabbit sculpture inside. Choose the Easter Bunny surrounded by colorful eggs or dapper Jack the Rabbit in polkadotted pants. A memorable gift for ages 5 to adult.
Dapper Jack the Rabbit in polkadotted pants, huh? For the life of me, I thought it was a little, teeny, little mouse beside an even smaller heart.
Oh, well, whether it’s a well-dressed, dapper rabbit or a vertically challenged rodent - I think he’s a cutie.

Thomas Kinkade Kitchen Canister Set Collection

One of the things I collect are miniature houses. I’ve lost count of the Liberty Falls houses and village pieces I’ve accumulated over the years. For some reason, they make everything in my world warm and wonderful every time I look at them - so they can be found in just about every room of our house.

Artichoke Salt and Pepper Shakers

You don’t have to be a collector to love these little plump Artichoke Salt and Pepper Shakers. My mom actually collected salt and pepper shakers, but I’ve only recently fallen madly in love with them.
These are, without a doubt, some of the cutest salt and pepper shakers I’ve ever seen. And that’s no joke, artichoke.

A Truly Brillant Kitchen Gadget

That’s what I’m talking about! Not only could the 3 in 1 Oven Insert shave minutes off of the time spent baking, I think it’d improve the qualtiy of the food.
I hate when my cookie dough has to sit while the first batch finishes. I think that’s why the second or third batches never quite measure up to the first batch. The dough doesn’t like standing in line any more than the rest of us do!

Crazy Mad Cool Sexy Somethin’ Somethin’s From Uncommon Goods.com!

Another trip to www.UncommonGoods.com, another couple of somethin’ somethin’s I can’t possibly live without. I’ve been living without it all this time without them, you say? (Did my husband tell you to say that???)
Well, now that I’ve seen these, I can’t possibly live another moment without them.
First up, we have the Expandable Flower Trivet (above). From the web site: Pull apart these stainless steel petals to create a trivet for oblong baking dishes or fold it into a flower shape that is ideal for round pots and dishes. Minimalist and functional, this trivet will protect surfaces from hot dishes no matter what size they are.
Check that, I’ll take one.
Secondly, Sensual Serveware (below)! From the web site: At first glance, this pure and simple glass bowl looks just that. But it is the closer inspection that will bring a slight smile of amusement as you share in designer Scot Spratford’s clever and elegant interpretation of the “mud-flap girl.” Spratford’s plexiglass silhouettes are much sleeker and refined than their more voluptuous counterparts, and they convey the sophisticated sensuality of a modern woman. The shallow clear bowl can be used to hold candy, fruit, dried flowers or stand alone and receive the attention it deserves.
Of course I’ll take one. My kitchen’s going to be soooo glamorous I’ll never want to leave it. Oh, that’s right, I never leave it as it is. Whatever. My view is about to get even sweeter.
Click the link at the first of the post to go to the web site. Once there, simply enter the name of the product you want to take a closer look at. After you’ve done that, enter the other one - they’re amazing. I know you’ll agree.

Gorgeous Apple-Shaped Wire Basket
I returned to the web site (Lillian Vernon) to order the hammock and look what else I found - a gorgeous Apple-Shaped Wire Basket.
Now, the bananas, grapes, and lemons & limes - I forgot about those little sour pusses in my last post - can move into the hammock and the apples (who’d frankly take up an awful lot of room anyway with their rotund brood) can have their own home. Perfect!

Clever Little Hammock for Fruit and Vegetables
If eating more fruit and vegetables is on your list of resolutions, too, this ingenious 2-Tier Fruit Hammock is as appealing to you as it is to me.
As I’m typing this, I have a bowl of apples on the table, some bananas putting their territorial claim on the end of the bar/counter, while a tribe of grapes claim an area near the sink. It looks kind of like a produce section in there! This handsome little hammock would tidy it all up nicely.
As a bonus, my daughters might even think it’s cool enough to approach…and, maybe…just maybe, see that fruit is more than just a lip gloss flavor. Like, wow!
Take a closer look at the 2-Tier Fruit Hammock by clicking the link or the image.
