Sweet. I LOVE to keep my tea close but I’ve never been overly fond of plastic or metal reusable drink bottles. Somehow they just never seem quite “clean” enough. I wind up washing them out so much it’s a wonder they don’t just evaporate.

The first fears I ever remember having were:
I’d watch re-runs of Planet of the Apes and Wizard of Oz with my parents any time they were on, but the first time the Apes showed up on horseback got me every time. As for the green witch, she was the stuff nightmares were made of. I recently saw a little bit of Wizard of Oz and, sure enough, the sight of the witch still made me squirm. The actress nailed “evil” so perfectly, I kind of worry about her.
And her family.

If you’ve read much of my food blog, you know I’m crazy wild about pigs. I’ve collected pigs for a long time (big pigs, small pigs, stuffed pigs, glass pigs, salt and pepper shakers, etc). If it has a snout, it has a place in my heart. Just saying.
I’ve recently fallen in love with antique pigs. I scour vintage and antique shops, hoping and praying to find at least one elusive treasure. With a curly tail.
