Tonight’s Emeril Live will be the sort of show you can’t miss. You know, the kind that if your house starts caving in around you, you put the kitchen table over the television set and a chair over you - watch the episode - then after Emeril has said his good-byes, then …and only then, you can run around and panic. But AFTER the show.

Tonight’s episode is titled “Southern Comfort,” and maybe it’s because I’m from the south, but when I read the recipe’s he’ll be making, my soul started screaming, “That’s what I’m talking ’bout!”
