I’m sure no one… and I mean no one… gets as excited as I do about soup. I love everything about it – from putting it together in the kitchen to taking it apart at the table. In fact, I have a big pot of homemade vegetable soup on right now and the house smells like soup Heaven.
Granted, soup season is traditionally autumn and winter (just one of the reasons they’re my favorite times of year), but “summer friendly” soup can make any meal extra special.
