Chocolate Eclair Cake

Graham Crackers
2 small boxes instant French Vanilla Pudding
3 cups milk
1 large container whipped topping
1 can of Chocolate “Ready to Spread” frosting

Mix pudding and milk thoroughly. Add whipped topping.

In a 9×13 inch dish, put a layer of graham crackers, followed by a layer of the whipped topping mixture. Now, put another layer of graham crackers over the whipped topping layer.

Warm the frosting (without the foil paper lid) in the microwave until it’s able to be poured over the graham cracker layer. If you don’t have a microwave, you could sit the container in a bowl of very, very hot water.

Desserts just don’t get any quicker than this!

Or, do they???

You could buy containers of prepared Vanilla Pudding. Then you’d be in and out of the kitchen in 10 minutes.

Give this one a try – you won’t believe how rich and good it it….a HUGE hit with kids and men!
