Coconut Pie
1/2 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 cup coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, milk, and coconut. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract. Pour batter into the pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Coconut is one of my all time favorite flavors - right up there with coffee and chocolate! This Coconut Pie recipe is one of the fastest and easiest ways I’m able to get my coconut fix. A little toasted coconut on top is sheer heaven.
