My wife worked for Williams Sonoma two years ago as a seasonal employee for the holidays. They got a ridiculous employee discount (40% off anything except small appliances and those were 20%) so we asked for gift cards from our family and made out like bandits. The discounts also applied at their sister stores like Pottery Barn. Man, I miss her working there
