Curtis Stone Supports Animal Cruelty

Although I love cooking, any chef can see that foie gras is a diseased dish. Curtis Stone uses it, even though it was the dying wish of Golden Girl, Bea Arthur, for him to remove it from his recipe list. Ducks are painfully force-fed so that there livers become enlarged and diseased in order for this French “delicacy” to be produced. Even PETA is campaigning to have it banned:
