Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

by Joi on September 2, 2006

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl (using a spoon), combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop dough by tablespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the centers are just set. Cool for 2 minutes and transfer to a wire cooing rack to completely cool.

Quick. Simple. Delicious. Chocolatey. Does it get any better?

Okay…your husband (or wife) could hand feed them to you while you were stranded on a tropical island, sitting under a coconut tree – sipping a Starbuck’s Blackberry Green Tea Frappucino as you (somehow) watch a Keira Knightley movie marathon….but other than that, no it doesn’t get much better.
