Eye (and Button) Popping Statistic

by Joi on December 31, 2005

If losing weight tops your Resolutions list, you might want to start cooking and eating more meals at home.

Get this: A typical meal out averages between 1,000 to 1,600 calories. A typical home-cooked meal averages between 600-700 calories.

Math and I are sworn enemies, I hate it with a cold, unChristian hatred - but even I can calculate the amount of calories we could all shave off of our days….weeks…..months…and years, simply by pulling into the driveway rather than the drive-thru.

Have an amazing New Year’s Eve!
