Fried Onion Rings

3 - 4 medium onions
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp vegetable oil
2/3 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
oil for frying

Cut onions in thin slices. Beat eggs, tsp oil, and milk together. Stir flour and salt together until well mixed. Gradually add liquid mixture to flour….beat until smooth.

Heat oil to 375 degrees in a deep skillet. Dip onion rings in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
