Hot Chicken Salad
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 TBS onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 - 3/4 cup Ritz Crackers, crumbled
Combine all ingreidents in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
