Impossible Pie

6 Tbsp margarine
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and lightly floured pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is one of the easiest, yet tastiest pie recipes kicking around kitchens. It’s a perfect dessert when you want to whip something up that looks and tastes a lot more complicated than it actually is!
