Lettuce Keeper
. “Spike” design holds the vegetable, allowing cool, moist air to circulate from the reservoir below (also catches drips), and the lid keeps perfect humidity.
Cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli also enjoy the special attention and treatment this keeper provides.
While I’m totally sold on the ice cream containers, I’m still thinking about the Lettuce keeper. My produe is usually cut up and used right away, so I’m not sure this one’s as big of a necessity.
It is pretty snazzy, though!
