Around 75 percent of American families don’t have the national poison control number clearly posted near their phone(s). Given that poisonings account for nearly 1/3 of accidental home injuries, this is a costly mistake on our part.

Write the number down and place it near your phone. Memorize it and be sure the rest of your family does the same. Just remember it’s six 2s with a 1 in the middle.
