Picnic-Perfect Baked Beans

1 can red kidney beans (dark)
1 can butter beans
28 oz. can pork-n-beans

Mix together - without draining juice from cans.

In skillet, flry 1/2 lb bacon cut into strips. Remove the bacon - leaving the drippings behind. Add to the drippings:
2 small onions, chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp mustard

Heat mixture and pour over the beans. Crumble the bacon into the mixture, coarsely. Mix well and pour into a baking pan. Cook at 350 degrees for at least an hour.

Good enough for Yogi’s Picinik basket!
