Pineapple Pie

1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup water
juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix and cook until thick. Beat the 2 egg whites and fold into the mixture. Pour into cooked crust and cover with whipped topping.

Add a little toasted coconut on top and call it Heaven.
