Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Colonial Pumpkin Soup

1/8 cup finely minced soup
2 Tablespoons Butter (no substitutions)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 soup can water
1/2 cup canned Pumpkin
Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice
Dash White Pepper

Saute Onion in butter until tender.

Add soup, water, pumpkin and spices.

Heat, stirring often.

Makes about 3 servings. (Can be doubled)
