Spanish Chicken

1 pound boneless chicken breast
16 oz. salsa
shredded Swiss cheese
sprigs of cilantro

Pre-heat oven to 375°. Spray cooking dish with cooking oil spray. Place chicken in dish and pour salsa over the meat. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with sprigs of cilantro. Great with rice!
