Did you know that August 14 is National Creamsicle Day? Well, it is. It’s also my birthday – and I’ll be….. one year younger than I’ll be next year. The recipe, here, sounds delicious and I can not wait to try a version of it. I’ll have to go with a version, because I am deathly, deathly allergic to mangoes. Oooh, just typing the word is making me itch. I’ll simply substitute one of the other flavors and leave the Benadryl in the cabinet.
|Orange Mango Creamsicle Sparkling Punch||
- 1 qt. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 qt. Sherbet
- 8-12 (17oz) Chilled bottles Orange Mango Sparkling ICE
- Mix all ingredients together in large punch bowl. Let ice cream soften a little before serving.
Have you tried any of the Sparkling ICE drinks yet? They are out of this world. If you’re trying to kick the soda or diet soda habit, these tasty babies will help you. You’ll never look back. My personal favorites are Pomegranate Berry, Pink Grapefruit, and Black Raspberry. While I name these as my favorites with conviction, I should (I suppose) point out that I haven’t tried the others. I keep grabbing the same ones over and over. Can’t help it – they’re amazing.
The punch shown here could be adapted (using different flavors of Sparkling ICE) for different special occasions:
- Baby Showers
- Bridal Showers
- Game Day
- Christmas (Black Raspberry would make a gorgeous colored punch)
- Halloween (the one shown here would be IDEAL for Halloween!)

How pretty are they?!
