2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 (14.5-ounce) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Combine sweet potatoes and next 10 ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350, and bake 30 minutes to 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
