Emerilware Stainless Tailgate Barbeque Set

Oh, yeah, football season is back in full swing! And since football fans love food like nobody else loves food, tailgating and gametime snacks are on everyone’s minds. Apparently, including Emeril’s. We all know that when food’s on Emeril’s mind, something astonishing is going to happen!

The Emerilware Stainless Tailgate Barbeque Set can help anyone get their Emeril on.

From Metro Kitchen.com:
This set includes the following items: 6 qt. Stainless Steel Stockpot, Black and Yellow Insulated Food Carrier, Stainless Barbeque Tongs, 2 Barbeque Sauces, Grilling Mitt, 4 Recipe Cards

I’ve been looking at Emerilware all morning (there’ll be more featured in the next few posts), so I can’t remember the exact price of this Emerilware Stainless Tailgate Barbeque Set, but I think it’s just under $100.

On today’s Guy’s Big Bite, he made some ridiculously delicious looking Veggie Burgers (pictured below). The recipe included seasoned bread crumbs, jalapeño, garlic, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, chickpeas, white beans, rolled oats, and herbs/spices like sage, oregano, cumin, chili powder, parsley, chili flakes, and celery salt.

Served on toasted buns with tomato, lettuce, onion, and white cheddar (or cheese of choice) – these would be some kind of delicious. He also made a Roasted Red Pepper Hummus that I’ll be taking for a test drive before the week’s out.

Click the links above to check the recipes out for yourself. These recipes would be ideal for tailgating. A lot of people are trying to eat healthier these days and they’d appreciate delicious, yet healthy, food.

Food Network.com has put up a delicious section on Barbecuing and Smoking.  There are videos, tips, and recipes that’ll flip your grill’s lid.  My husband actually needs to buy a new grill.  Last summer, the weather here in Kentucky was fierce – tornadoes, thunderstorms with bite, hail, etc.  Even though we had a nice cover over our large grill, Mother Nature just knocked it off when she knocked the grill off the patio.  Oh the brutality!

Below are just a few of the ridiculously yummy recipes in the section:

Slow Cooked Apple Smoked Barbecue Pork

Barbecued Texas-Style Beef Brisket

Sixteen Spice Smoked Chicken

Hold it just a southern minute.  Sixteen Spice Smoked Chicken?!?!    It appears that the husband needs to get four more things in addition to the grill:

  1. A smoker
  2. A chicken
  3. 16 Spices
  4. Busy!
