FAST AND EASY THANKSGIVING DRESSING RECIPE
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper
2 beaten eggs
4 cups cornbread crumbs
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped celery
2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp sage
2 cups turkey or chicken broth
6 cups crumbled biscuit crumbs
Saute the onion and celery in a skillet with butter and other seasonings. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 13×9 inch pan for about 30 minutes or until brown.
Yield: 12-14 servings
Tip: Use biscuits in cans and Jiffy Cornbread Mix if you’re in a hurry.
