Free Form Polenta Lasagna Green Eggs and Ham!

…and the Chicago Episode has: Green Eggs and Ham, Free Form Polenta Lasagna , and Macadamia Butter Crunch Popcorn.

The omelet sounds like sheer deliciousness waiting to happen, and I’ve got to try the Green Eggs and Ham just for the name alone!

I’ll take the omelet over medium, a little orange juice and some nice medium dark toast with sweet potato jam …. please.
