Have you ever eaten sushi? You might want to give it a try if you haven’t. If you have and hated it, try again!
The Japanese eat a great deal of fish, vegetables, and tofu. Their healthy diet has a lot to do with their health, obviously.
Japanes women, for example, live an average of 85.56 years. Experts who know a great deal more than I do tell us that Phytoestrogens in tofu may protect the heart AND help prevent cancer. PLUS, the omega-3 fatty acids in fish work all kinds of magic in the body – especially in the mind and heart. Two places we’re all pretty invested in, right?!?!
The beautiful, beautiful, beautiful young lady at the top of the post (and in the pics below) is Koji-Yakusho. The Japanese actress is co-starring alongside the also beautiful Keira Knightley in the new movie, SILK. (Poor, poor leading actor – James Mcavoy. How he’s suffering for his craft. )
Sure, I could have posted pics of Sushi – but Koji is so lovely! Click each pic below to see larger…unless, of course, your name is MY HUSBAND – then you turn right around and go back to your ESPN website. Forget you even saw Koji…
Have a great weekend!
