Breakfast Aisle Cookies:
2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1-1/2 cups "crispy" cereal (Rice Crispies)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt margarine in saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in sugar and cocoa until smooth. Add milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla; stir well.
Add oats. Stir to combine.
Add "crispy" cereal and stir. Using a tablespoon, drop onto wax paper. Cool.
