Corn Souffle:

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup flour
1 can cream-style corn
3 eggs, separated
Milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Soda crackers

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix margarine and flour in souffle OR casserole dish. Add corn and mix well.

Beat egg yolks and stir until a corn mixture.

Pour just enough milk over corn mixture to cover - just "cover," don't drown it!

Add salt and mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture. Crumble crackers on top.

Bake for 1 hour.
