Recipes:

Easy Buttermilk Jam Cake:

2 cups blackberry jam
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. allspice
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups pecans
3 cups All-Purpose Flour

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased tube pan or two 9" pans.
