Recipes:

Fruit Salad:

1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1 cup sour cream

Chill the oranges and pineapples for about an hour. Combine the fruit with the remaining ingredients in a glass bowl.
