Iron Skillet Cheese Fries:

(Fast and Easy!)

1 lb. frozen fries
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a large iron skillet with cooking spray. Place the fries in the skillet; add the salad dressing and onion. Mix well. Cook for 15 mins. Top with the cheese. Return to oven for a few more minutes.
