Italian Wedding Soup:
1 12 oz. package meatballs
1 large carton chicken broth
1-1/2 cup orzo pasta
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Dash salt
Dash pepper
In a large saucepan bring broth to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Serve with french bread...delicious!
Yield: about 10 servings
