Oven-Fried Chicken:

1/4 cup margarine, divided
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup margarine (melted)
1 (2- 1/2 to 3 pound) broiler-fryer, cut up.


Melt 2 Tablespoons margarine in 13x9x2" baking pan.
Combine all dry ingredients, mix well. Coat chicken with mixture. Place in baking pan and dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Yield: 4 servings
