Easy Stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can cream of mushrooom soup
Small can sliced mushrooms (drained)
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1 bag wide egg noodles (cooked)

Brown the ground beef and onion. Drain. Add all the other ingredients (except the noodles). Simmer over low heat until warm. Serve over warm noodles alongside great bread and a salad. Also fantastic with peas and corn on the cob!
