Feta Spinach Dip
1 8oz. carton plain yogurt
¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, crushed
1¾ cups finely chopped spinach
One-eighth tsp. black pepper
Dash salt
Place yogurt into the bowl of a food processor or mixing bowl. Add the cheeses, sour cream and garlic; process or mix until smooth, scraping sides of bowl a few times. Spoon into serving dish and stir in the spinach, salt and pepper.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
Yield: 2 cups
