Salisbury Steak
1 lb. ground chuck
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg
½ cup milk
Salt and peper, to taste
½ cup finely minced onions
2 jars (or cans) beef gravy
Combine the meat, crumbs, egg, milk, salt and pepper, and onions. Shape into oval patties and brown on both sides. Drain and add the gravy. Simmer on low for 45 minutes.
You MUST MUST MUST serve this with Yeast Rolls and Mashed Potatoes!
