Summer Julius:

1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup ice water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
12 ice cubes
6 strawberries

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a plastic pitcher and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes (or until "slushy"). If you forget about it, and it freezes solid (take it from me, it happens!), don't despair, just let it sit out for 30-45 minutes.

Serve in your prettiest glasses, garnished with extra strawberries or orange slices. Very refreshing (and very healthy).
