Sunny-Side-Up Eggs on Toast:
Heat a thin layer of butter or margarine over medium heat. When hot, break eggs, one at a time, onto saucer -- then slide into skillet. Reduce heat to low!! Cook slowly until whites are set and a thin film forms over yolks. Several times during the cooking, spoon a bit of the melted butter over the tops.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and perch each egg onto a slice of toast (or 1/2 of an English Muffin, for that matter!).
