2 Tbs. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 LB hamburger
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup potatoes, diced
2 cups tomato juice
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
Pepper to taste
Brown meat and onion in margarine. Add remaining ingreditents, except milk, flour and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Combine milk and flour and stir until smooth. Add to soup and cook until thickened. Pepper lightly
