White Chocolate Macadamian Cookies:
2 cups margarine (softened before measuring)
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbs. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking powder
4-1/4 cups flour (All-Purpose)
24 oz. white chocolate chips
3/4 cup coarsely chopped Macadamian nuts
Combine the flour and baking powder; stir aside. Blend margarine with brown sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients, then stir in chips and nuts.
