Whole Wheat Bread:
2 pkgs dry yeast
4 cups warm water
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. salt
6 cups whole wheat flour
4 cups white flour
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Dissolve yeast in warm water
Combine margarine, molasses, honey, and salt. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Gradually add the flour. Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in large greased bowl and allow to rise until doubled.
Punch dough down and let it rest a few minutes.
Shape into 4 loaves. Place in greased bread pans. Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes.
