Here’s another healthy snack your kids (whether they’re 5, 15, 25 or fall under the category of “spouse”!) will really love.
Cinnamon Applesauce Dip
1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce (I use Mott’s Cinnamon Applesauce)
2 Tablesppons Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt
Combine the applesauce and yogurt in a small, seal-able bowl. If you aren’t overjoyed with the taste of cinnamon (I’ve heard of people like that), feel free to use regular applesauce.

Whatever doth float your culinary boat.
Serve the dip with fun animal crackers, chocolate graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or (my girls’ favorite) Teddy Grahams. Teddy Grahams come in honey, chocolate, chocolate chip – and I, personally, have trouble staying out of any of them.
