Raving Review: Garden Lites Carrot Berry Muffins

March 13, 2015 By Joi Sigers

I may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post. This costs you absolutely no extra money (of course), it simply allows me to maintain the lifestyle my cats are accustomed to!

Garden Lites Carrot Berry Muffins Review
The people behind Garden Lites are some of my new favorite people in the world.  Why? They make some of the most delicious, nutritious, and addictively amazing foods around.  I had several different varieties sent to me to review on the food blog and have, since then, bought countless others, myself.

These foods are so ridiculously wonderful and I’m so over the moon excited about them that I’m going to take them one at a time to share with you.  After all, each individual product is wonderfully unique and deserves it’s moment in the spotlight.

First up is the Carrot Berry Muffins.  They were actually the first ones I tried because my brain saw the picture on the box and processed the words “Carrot Berry Muffins” to be “Carrot Cake Cupcakes.”

My sweet tooth rules my brain – you should know that about me.

As soon as I took my muffin out of the microwave, I noticed just how “homemade” it looked. You could SEE the carrots and berries popping out. And the smell! It smelled all kinds of delicious… yes, like carrot cake.

I put a little butter on one half and a little cream cheese on the other half.  They were equally delicious, but the cream cheese completed the whole carrot cake fantasy moment.

The Carrot Berry Muffins are a complete and utter knockout. I can’t possibly describe to you how fresh and homemade each bite tastes.  Before I had to stop eating gluten (for health reasons) muffins were one of my favorite foods – now thanks to Garden Lites, they are again.
