Beautiful and Delicious Glutenetto Raspberry Linzer
In a recent gluten free article on the food blog, I gave a few of my favorite “hidden gems” for finding gluten free goodies. One was TJ Maxx. While known for their great clothes and gorgeous purses and beauty products, TJ Maxx often has gluten free cookies, candy, and snacks you won’t see in any other store. The beautiful gluten free cookies shown here were part of a recent “gluten free haul” I made at the TJ Maxx store here in Owensboro, Ky.
They’re also available on Amazon – which makes shopping about as easy as it gets.
These beauties are as delicious as they are lovely – which is really saying something. They’re super crunchy, which means you’ll want to eat them with a glass of milk or mug of hot tea, coffee, or hot cocoa.
The flavor is out of this world fantastic. Even if the tart and yummy filling wasn’t on board, the shortbread cookie, itself, would make it a knock out.

These fresh little cuties are produced in a Gluten-Free Certified Facility, which means the world to those of us who have to avoid gluten like it’s poison.
I had never even heard of Glutenetto until I saw these at TJ Maxx, but now I’m making it a point to buy every single cookie (or whatever else!) they make.
Look at the details in the closeup below… is this a work or art or what?!

I noticed that Glutenetto also makes Gluten Free Wedding Cookies (pictured below). I was buying one variety of each brand of cookie that particular day, so I took a picture of the Gluten Free Wedding Cookies and told them I will be back for them. Tomorrow, to be exact.
