Infographic: 50 Ways to Cook Potatoes

50 Ways to Cook Potatoes Infographic

As I’ve said before on the food blog, I love potatoes so much you’d think I was born in Idaho instead of Kentucky. Of course, if you spoke to me, it wouldn’t take too many “y’all”s and “bless your heart”s to determine that I am, in fact, a Kentuckian.

I’m just one who is all kinds of obsessed with potatoes!

They’ve always been my favorite vegetable (just don’t ask me to choose between white, sweet, Yukon Gold, or red).. but for whatever reasons… after I had to start eating gluten free, they became an outright obsession.

Maybe it’s my mind’s way of reminding me of what I can still enjoy!

Below are a few great Potato related gadgets on Amazon my fellow spud lovers might want to check out.

Potato Masher
First up, pictured above, is the best looking potato masher I think I’ve ever seen – the Two in One Potato Masher Mix N’ Mash. I make mashed potatoes frequently, as you’d imagine, and I like to switch up my approach. Sometimes I use a hand mixer to whip my potatoes up nice and thin. Other times, I’ll use a potato masher for a thicker consistency. A lot of it depends upon what I’m having with the potatoes but, if we’re being honest, it mostly depends on my mood.

  • features a sturdy handle
  • perfect for mashing potatoes
  • made of stainless steel
  • measures 10-1/4 inches
  • mixes and mashes in one easy motion
  • will not rust
  • handle is perfect for gripping
  • dishwasher safe

Culina French Fry Potato Cutter
Next is the Culina French Fry Potato Cutter (pictured above).

  • The lower part of the cutter device is designed with a curved shape to easily fit potatoes
  • Two interchangeable blades. Two size cut options for regular size or thinner gourmet style French fries
  • Restaurant quality fry cut, great for other produce: cucumbers, zucchinis, radishes, yams, apples and more
  • Diet-friendly, ideal preparation for weight loss watch and portion control. Easy to clean, just spray water in areas with food residue
  • 100% Culina Satisfaction Guarantee

Last, but not least, is the next Amazon purchase I want to make… the gorgeous Red Stainless Steel Spiral French Fry Cutter (pictured in all her glory below). Can you imagine the fun spiral fried you could make with this beauty?!
